I specialise in working with the Always Anxious; men and women of all ages who are fed up of not being able enjoy their life and live to their full potential. When they make the decision that they are ready to make positive change I work with them, usually for 4 sessions.
I work with clients online via Zoom; it's just as effective as face to face, with the added bonus of no travel time/ parking issues etc.
