Level 2 and level 3 Diploma in Butchery skills delivered in the workplace including the knowledge workshops.

Apprenticeship in Food Process Operator - Training Provided in the Workplace
Specialist delivery of all aspects of the Apprenticeship in Food Process Operator and the Advanced Apprenticeship Food and Drink Process Operator.
Working with each apprentices in the workplace delivering the Food safety, Health and Safety and HACCP qualifications at level 2 and level 3 all required for these apprenticeships. Also the functional skills Level 2 in English and Maths requirements are delivered in the workplace. The core requirements of the Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Food and Drink Operations completing all the unit knowledge requirements of the diploma and additional requirements of the apprenticeship standard through the workshops delivered in the workplace.
We are a training provider based in East Yorkshire working in different areas of the country including the whole of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.
