Avoid Aquashield

My boiler stopped working and I took the opportunity to upgrade to a Combi. On the day of installation, an external light was knocked off the wall. This wasn't mentioned to me and I noticed only after they'd left. The boiler condensate pipe was incorrectly fitted meaning that it ran uphill and would have caused the boiler to cut out. It was also situated across the loft hatch and so it wasn't possible to enter the loft without dislodging it. Due to low water pressure, I already had a pump to power my shower fitted. It was never mentioned that this would be removed and this was taken/disposed of before I could request otherwise. Mess was left in the loft and in many areas of the house. When I called to report the issues, Aquashield twice cancelled last minute and eventually attended 6 weeks later to fix the broken light, resituate the pipe and clean up the mess. The shower pump was never returned or replaced.
