So surveyor arrived, checked loft and claimed roof joists were spliiting and we had mould in loft. Gave solution by suggesting that foam insulation would solve issue. Initial quote £12K for 90 sq mt roof, then 50% discount. Then can do for £4.5K as overspill for industrial team I signed up, then saw all the reviews stating obtaining mortgage on foam sprayed lofts is almost impossible Called to cancel before appointment, spoke to Mark Tomlinson to request return of deposit of £1000, he basicly said tough, you signed and hung up call Not had response to two emails requesting refund based on consumer law we will see but cannot recommend this company as seems they operate poor business practices
