These changes can begin from the very first session beginning with a psychological career assessment and progress with interview preparation and feedback on Resumes and Application Letters.
Spiritual Coaching
I have always been a very spiritual person and believe in the ebb and flow in life. When life seems to be stalling and you cannot move forward, but you cannot move back either, the time for coaching, in my opinion, has arrived. I will help guide you to be more in tune with the world around you and to a more balanced life.

I offer one-to-one coaching giving career guidance for actors who feel like they are treading water. By working together we will explore all areas of your life to create an even balance and help unlock your potential so you can present the best possible version of yourself
Tinnitus Coaching
I started with Tinnitus in my 30's so I have a full understanding of the impact it can have on one's life and how it can cause stress, frustration and tiredness among many other side effects. Unfortunately, there is currently no cure for Tinnitus, but we can, with coaching, find ways to help you manage it.

With 20 years of business management and mentoring experience, I offer small business coaching/mentoring to help guide those looking to start their own business or those business owners unsure of the next steps to take and in need of guidance. Combining my degree, business experience and coach training means I can offer specialized 'Career Guidance' which can start with a psychological career assessment test.
I am a member of 'The British Psychology Society' (BPS) with a degree in Psychology and a MAC member of the 'Association of Coaching'. The MAC membership means I have had to reach high criteria of training and coaching hours to gain this professional credential.
Also the managing director of 'Reflections Talent Agency', working in the entertainment industry for over 25 years I have a wealth of knowledge and can help guide actors to unlock their full potential. I also work with directors, producers and other entertainment industry professionals, giving you peace of mind that you have a coach who will fully understand all areas of the industry you wish to talk about in our coaching sessions.
